We've got a sinking feeling...

All aboard TerrainSpotters,

Well, this is turning out to be a great finish to the campaign. The total has just passed £230,000 and we've still got around two hours left. That means...

We can now safely say we make such a large range of scenery, that it DOES include the kitchen sink! The addition of the sink has rounded out the Servants' Quarters and Cosy Cottage. So that's it! We've got every stretch goal we had planned. Well done everyone - have a beer. Thanks for all the support. Hang on, what's this?!

We're into extra time!

The DreadBall arcade machine is trying to return to the pitch. To be honest, the DreadBall arcade cabinet was one of our favourite items from this Kickstarter and we were a little sad that Deadzone narrowly won the vote. But not to be deterred, we're going to try and squeeze the DreadBall arcade machine into the Two Trees Mall set... somehow. Just don't tell our studio manager, Matt. It will all be fine, he doesn't need to know.

If we can reach £240,000 in funding, we'll add the DreadBall machine to the Two Trees Mall set in the Campbell Heights crate. Can we do it? Is this final play one step too far?! The crowd are going wild... they think it's all over...

Something to sink your teeth into...

All aboard TerrainSpotters,

It's the final day! What a fantastic time we've had riding the hype terrain once more. Thanks to all your support we've made a huge, new range of TerrainCrate scenery available and we'll be bringing tabletops to life around the world.

We had some superb progress yesterday, which means one of our biggest stretch goals was toppled overnight.

That means all this has now been unlocked and added to crates/sets:

  •  Hamper, sandwiches and drinks added to Crystal Peaks Camp and Pleasant Park (Campbell Heights and Bellevue Square)
  •  Kitchen pots and pans added to Servants' Quarters and Cosy Cottage (Bleakwood Hall and Bellevue Square)
  •  Two broken pews - a great suggestion from one of the backers - added to Morneville Church (Morneville Ruins)
  •  Two smashed up dressers added to Crumbling Cottages (Morneville Ruins)

Over the past two weeks, we've funded all sorts of amazing scenery from spooky suits of armour, to military checkpoints, gothic furniture, pleasant parks and everything in between. However, it felt like there was something missing. We had everything but...

... the kitchen sink! Of course! This is it, the final day - can we add this essential piece of furniture?

Time to say good knight!

All aboard TerrainSpotters,

It's getting late here in the UK but that isn't stopping the stretch goals rolling in.

One of our favourite goals of the entire campaign has now been unlocked: the spooky suit of armour! Thanks to those backers in the comments that suggested this great addition to Bleakwood Manor. We'll update you after the campaign when we've got the render so you can see what the finished product will look like.

As we near the end of the campaign. This goal is a bonanza to add something to every Crate! Take a look at what's coming up below:

  • Hamper, sandwiches and drinks added to Crystal Peaks Camp and Pleasant Park (Campbell Heights and Bellevue Square)
  • Kitchen pots and pans added to Servants' Quarters and Cosy Cottage (Bleakwood Hall and Bellevue Square)
  • Two broken pews - a great suggestion from one of the backers - added to Morneville Church (Morneville Ruins)
  • Two smashed up dressers added to Crumbling Cottages (Morneville Ruins)

With less than 24 hours to go, can we squeeze these into the Crates?!

Final hours - stretch goal bonanza!

All aboard TerrainSpotters,

Today is the last full day of the campaign. We've had a great couple of weeks running the campaign and, thanks to your support, we've funded four amazing Crates of plastic scenery for a range of different tabletop games and smashed through 26 stretch goals. In fact, this morning you've unlocked yet another goal:

Some potentially suspicious meat has been added the Servants' Quarters and Cosy Cottage sets in the Bleakwood Hall and Bellevue Square crates. So, what's next?

Thanks to the fantastic TerrainCrate community, we've got an awesome suggestion: a spooky suit of armour. After all, what gothic manor would be complete without some armour to squeak ominously as you walk past?

Next up, we thought that seeing as we're approaching the end of the campaign, we'd have a bumper stretch goal that adds at least one thing to all the crates. So, no matter what crate you're getting, there's something in the bumper goal! Let's have a look at what's included:

  • Hamper, sandwiches and drinks added to Crystal Peaks Camp and Pleasant Park (Campbell Heights and Bellevue Square)
  • Kitchen pots and pans added to Servants' Quarters and Cosy Cottage (Bleakwood Hall and Bellevue Square)
  • Two broken pews - a great suggestion from one of the backers - added to Morneville Church (Morneville Ruins)
  • Two smashed up dressers added to Crumbling Cottages (Morneville Ruins)

Can we unlock all this before the end of the campaign? Remember, the Kickstarter ends at 8pm (GMT) tomorrow! So get out there and encourage the world to become a dedicated TerrainSpotter.

New stretch goal - it's knight time!
about 5 years ago – Thu, Mar 07, 2019 at 09:51:51 AM

All aboard TerrainSpotters,

We're into the final 48 hours and that normally means you'll be getting a few of these updates as we barrel towards the final moments of the campaign. Thanks to all our new TerrainSpotters that have supported the campaign in the past 24 hours and here's to a fun final stretch.

Talking of stretch(ers) - ok, that was a particularly bad one - some extra hospital equipment has been added to the Bellevue Hospital set in the Bellevue Square crate.

Next up, we're hamming it up with a joint of ham and some carving knives for the Servants' Quarters and Cosy Cottage. Even in plastic, it's making us pretty hungry... please don't eat the ham when you get it.

A stretch goal suggestion we absolutely loved was the idea of a spooky suit of armour for the Gothic Manor. To be honest, that set is already jam-packed but we're going to squeeze this suggestion in somewhere. Obviously the artwork isn't final but we think this will be a great addition - thanks to everyone that suggested in.

Until next time! All aboard the hype terrain.
